Why We Exist...
D3 exists to empower youth and young adults. We provide programming intertwined with mentoring to be a change agent that transforms the lives of youth by giving them the ability to make decisions and implement change in their own lives. There is a need in the community to lower the statistics of disconnected youth involved in risky behaviors, who are unemployed and among those who are illiterate. D3 is an organization that works to mitigate these issues.
